Red Hill Minerals is a cash-flow positive, successful and established explorer operating in Australia. In September 2021, the Company sold its 40% interest in the Red Hill Iron Ore Joint Venture to Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) for $400M in cash and a 0.75% royalty ⁽¹⁾. All cash payments have been received, and royalty payments have commenced since production at the Onslow Iron project began in May 2024 ⁽²⁾, operated by Mineral Resources.

Red Hill Minerals has retained 100% of the rights to non-ferrous minerals on the RHIOJV tenements, including precious and base metals and own 100% of the Pannawonica Iron Ore Project.

Red Hill has entered into the Curnamona earn-in JV covering 1,700km² of highly prospective ground in South Australia and New South Wales. Red Hill has the right to earn 75% from Peel Mining Ltd by spending $6.5M within 5 years.
