Red Hill Minerals Limited is a highly experienced and established exploration company. The Board and Management have a proven track record in making discoveries and realizing value. The Company anticipates receiving revenue from a further $200 million cash payment and its 0.75% iron ore royalty once the RHIOJV is in production.

The Company intends to:

• Continue paying fully franked dividends from its revenue sources;
• Conduct exploration for non-ferrous minerals (precious and battery metals) on the RHIOJV tenure;
• Realise value from the Pannawonica Iron Ore Project; and
• Evaluate other acquisition or development opportunities.
